After her performance at the Brits Awards in London last week, Adele jumped from 47 to Number 1 in the British Charts with her single "Someone Like You".
The 22 year old shooting star has also broken chart history by being the first artist in nearly 50 years to have 2 top five singles and albums in the charts at the same time.
